Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective bags and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Quality Check and Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
